Transcription Procedure
1. FTP
We provide a free FTP site for secure dedicated transfer of voice files dictations to our server. This is a secure way of data transfer over the internet. This method is suitable if you are using a digital recorder (Dictaphone) for dictations so that you have voice files that can be sent over to us via internet.
2. TOLL FREE DICTATION SERVICE
The alternative method (in case the clients do not use a digital recorder) is to use our toll free dictation service. Our toll-free phone-in-your-dictation system provides users with a unique PIN that allows for remote access to our dictation server. User activity is also documented.
QUALITY CHECK
Our quality checking level includes of Quality Controllers and Editors. To ensure utmost quality work we have three levels of quality checking which includes:
- Medical Spell-checks
- Drugs
- Punctuation as per AAMT guidelines or as per clients specification
- Overall Report Formatting
- Blanks and Flags left in report
