Dedicated Offshore Team
This team is setup with the intention to allow our customers the opportunity to extend and augment their development and QA teams. This model provides great flexibility to our customers in terms of team organization, team strength, ramp-up and ramp-down.
This is best suited for customers whose business needs and objectives, to be reached in offshoring, are fully understood. Customers need to play a crucial role to ‘review and direct’ for this pure offshore model. SPSOFT works as an extended team for our customers and complies with their various processes. We also understand that a primary concern of customers with offshore alliances is cost reduction. The dedicated offshore team removes the need for committed infrastructure and resource retention from the customers' domain and transfers these responsibilities to SPSOFT.
This model is best suited for customers that have well defined requirement and can provide us with a detailed scope of work. This engagement model has pre-defined deliverables and set timelines agreed between the customer and SPSOFT. The onus remains with SPSOFT towards project management, resource utilization and in-time delivery. Though this engagement is purely offshore, SPSOFT frequently advises a senior team member to be allowed onsite to understand the customers' processes and work-styles along with freezing on requirements and getting the offshore teams trained and on-boarded to work on the assigned project.
Blended Onsite/Offshore Model
Our Blended Onsite/Offshore Model is distinguished by offering the best of both worlds allowing customers to have direct control on the outsourcing partnership. The distributed team engagement typically entails onsite resources for knowledge transfer as well as program management and offshore team for development. This enables our customers to exercise complete control on the outsourcing partnership where SPSOFT provides periodic status updates, time sheets, required resource training, HR policies towards retention, infrastructure upkeep and so on.
Captive India Development Center
The Captive IDC model is for our customers who look towards offshoring as an extension of their diversification strategies and are comfortable doing business in a global marketplace and is a way to extend their geographic footprint. This model allows our customers to leverage SPSOFT’s local presence and understand cultural nuance, for best implementation and resources utilization towards meeting our customer’s business goals.
